Meet our Founder, Alia Elshaer, MSW, LCSW

Our warrior heart champion and founder, Alia Elshaer (MSW, LCSW) is a mother to a loving daughter and a beautiful boy with special needs. We tell you this to show you that she shares similar life challenges that you may find in your journey.  We all face daily struggles and she similarly works to manage them just like you. This special connection in understanding where you've been is how she knows where you're going, and more importantly, how to get you there.

As a clinically licensed professional, she understands that individuals may be skeptical in seeking help. Therapy is often found to be challenging and taboo, tapping into every ounce of bravery in an effort to build the courage and seeking counseling or coaching which requires one to share their fears, feelings, heart, and soul.
That, within itself, is an act of bravery. Alia has installed values to work with the intention of providing a trustworthy approach by promoting self-worth. Her approach spans from the conscious to the subconscious, making what might uncomfortable comfortable. Her mission is to provide clients with tools and skills to promote authentic inner peace and strength as you find your true warrior heart.

The ability to resonate and find comfort is core in finding your footing. Alia believes in unbiased judgment and listening as the basis to her ability to relate and be relatable.
